Field to Market—an Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture—recently presented its 2019 Sustainability Leadership Awards in Indianapolis where Mosaic was honored with Field to Market’s Collaboration of the Year Award, recognizing outstanding collaboration and cross-sector partnership in advancing continuous improvement in sustainable agriculture at the field and landscape level.

Mosaic was honored with nine other Field to Market members for its involvement in the Rice Stewardship Partnership which promotes on-farm best practices that improve nutrient stewardship, conserve wildlife habitat, and help farmers stay productive and profitable.

“We are proud to be recognized with Field to Market’s 2019 Collaboration of the Year Award,” said Adam Herges, Sustainability Agronomist for Mosaic. “We have been involved in the Rice Stewardship Partnership Project since 2015. We are encouraged by the progress the partnership has generated – and optimistic of the future of sustainable rice farms.”

Field to Market’s 2019 Sustainability Leadership Awards – Mosaic was recognized along with representatives from USA Rice Federation, Ducks Unlimited, USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Walmart.org, Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, RiceTec, BASF, Corteva Agriscience and Riceland Foods, Inc.
