Mosaic Celebrates Milestones and Recognition
- For the 11th consecutive year, we have been named to 3BL Media’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens list for our disclosure and performance practices in areas such as employee relations, environment, climate change, and stakeholders and society.
- We were also recipients of the John T. Ryan Regional Safety Award at Esterhazy K1 and K2 sites in Saskatchewan for achieving the lowest reportable injury frequency rate for select mines in Western Canada.
- This year also marks our 7th consecutive year of being a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, which means Mosaic is committed to operating in a way that upholds 10 universal principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
Recently, Mosaic announced 13 new sustainability targets. Mosaic has always taken a broad approach to sustainability, and we all have a significant impact on Mosaic’s commitments to people, environment, society and company. While the 2025 Sustainability Targets are new, the work our employees do every day to help Mosaic achieve them has always been engrained in what we do.
“We have a good set of indicators that indicate how we are leading, how we’re adapting to the changing world, how we’re managing risk, and how we’re improving. This diverse recognition is validation of our broad efforts to provide value to our stakeholders—employees, customers, shareholders and communities alike,” said Ben Pratt, Senior Vice President, Government and Public Affairs.
