What you'll do at Mosaic
As a co-op at Mosaic, you'll gain hands-on experience and apply classroom learning to real-world challenges. You'll work alongside industry experts and contribute to meaningful projects that support our operations.

Before applying
Who can apply?
Students within about two years of graduating, across engineering, technology, business and science fields, available to start in January or May.
Is it paid?
Yes — paid, with relocation support (housing assistance, furnished options, travel reimbursement).
Where are the roles?
Across Mosaic's US sites (Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, North Carolina) and Canada (Saskatchewan: Esterhazy, Belle Plaine, Colonsay), plus select virtual roles.
The process
How do I apply?
Through Mosaic's application system. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early.
What are the steps?
Resume screen, then technical and behavioral interviews, then an offer.
The program
How long is a term?
About 15 weeks. Some roles run across more than one term.
What happens after?
Top performers get structured entry into the New Grad Program; strong co-ops are first in line for full-time roles.
What support will I have?
You'll have a dedicated manager who supports your project and development, access to former co-ops, and clear feedback at the mid- and end-term reviews.
