Mosaic Recognized with 2026 Ducks Unlimited Corporate Conservation Achievement Award

June 1, 2026

The Mosaic Company and The Mosaic Company Foundation for Sustainable Food Systems have been named the joint recipients of the 2026 Ducks Unlimited Corporate Conservation Achievement Award, recognizing their longstanding commitment to conservation, sustainability, and responsible corporate partnership across North America.

Presented by Ducks Unlimited, the award honors corporate partners that demonstrate leadership in protecting and enhancing wildlife habitat while supporting working landscapes.

The Mosaic Company and The Mosaic Company Foundation have maintained a long-standing partnership with Ducks Unlimited, working collaboratively on sustainability and environmental conservation initiatives that promote agricultural productivity, enhance and restore wildlife habitats, and strengthen the health and connectivity of ecosystems and working lands.

Our Partnership

Since 2015, The Mosaic Company Foundation has partnered with Ducks Unlimited through the Rice Stewardship Program, providing technical expertise and financial support to advance collaboration between conservation, agriculture, and industry.

“Nearly 900,000 acres have been touched by the program since its inception — which equals about 30% of all U.S. rice acres. And we’re not slowing down,” said Bruce Bodine, President and CEO of The Mosaic Company. “This year alone, the program will expand to include 400 new on-farm projects across every rice-growing state, adding close to 300,000 acres.”

In addition to supporting rice production in the United States, The Mosaic Company Foundation works alongside Ducks Unlimited on the newly rebranded USDA Ag Markets for Producers Program. Separately, The Mosaic Company supports significant conservation and restoration projects, including efforts in Hillsborough County on the Little Manatee and Tampa Bay.

Our Efforts

The Mosaic Company produces high-quality phosphate and potash fertilizer products in North and South America that help farmers in 40 countries maximize yields on every acre of farmland. We believe that stewardship of the environment, and those who rely on it, is essential to the sustainability of our business – and we commit resources to reducing our impacts and improving our use of shared resources.

This commitment is reflected in Mosaic’s principles of being responsible, reliable, and future-focused, and aligns with the company’s newly released 2030 Sustainability Targets.

These targets are driving Mosaic forward by sharpening focus, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and supporting innovation while concentrating on the areas that matter most to our people, operations, and customers. Connected to our principles, our targets are centered on three pillars: People, Earth and Innovation.

Partnerships play a critical role in advancing this work. Through collaboration with conservation and wildlife-focused organizations such as Ducks Unlimited, Mosaic supports initiatives that strengthen both agricultural productivity and natural ecosystems.

“Thank you for this award, for your partnership, and for the work you do every day to protect and restore the wetlands and wildlife habitats that are vital to our environment and our future,” said Bruce. “We’re proud to partner with Ducks Unlimited, and we look forward to many more years of progress together.”

At The Mosaic Company, we pride ourselves on acting responsibly not only in our mining operations, but also in our downstream work with growers while advancing our mission to help the world grow the food it needs.
