Beginning June 28, we're retiring our existing Mosaic Online platform and we are thrilled to begin introducing a new, modernized experience. Customers will experience streamlined insight into their account with self-service account management features, quote requests and order tracking. Developed in response to customer input, Mosaic Direct brings a more intuitive user interface, faster response times and more accurate data. Existing customers should watch their email for instructions on how to activate their online account. Watch this video for a quick glimpse.
